- Built a milk quantity & quality validation web system (Next.js, Supabase, PostgreSQL) using Agile methodology to replace manual Excel-based reconciliation - Developed 6 core modules including an ERP data importer, partner deduction tracker, and automated pricing engine to streamline end-to-end transaction processing - Implemented real-time transaction validation logic and automated PDF/Excel report generation, cutting manual review time for management sign-off
- Conducted business process analysis and requirements gathering for a 15-day milk transaction reconciliation cycle spanning 28 collection points (TPK) and 18 delivery routes - Audited and validated daily weighing and lab quality-test data against ERP Odoo records to identify and resolve recurring data discrepancies - Designed database schemas, flowmaps, and module specifications to support centralized, real-time data management across the reconciliation workflow
- Designed and developed a custom full-stack Content Management System (CMS) end-to-end to streamline studio content and operations workflow - Built and integrated an automated email-trigger API to instantly deliver digital price lists upon customer inquiry submission, reducing manual response time - Structured the database architecture and backend logic to ensure scalable, reliable system performance
