Some of the projects I completed during my time here: - Quality assurance for Telkom Legal Intelligence System (TELIS) - Agree by Telkom Indonesia is a digital initiative by Telkom Indonesia What I did: - Designed and executed test scenarios for complex AI systems including chatbot, document search, and summarization features - Optimization of test case management for AI and NLP-based products - Led regression, functional, and exploratory testing for web-based legal document platforms - Collaborated with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to align testing strategy with business goals - Provided QA documentation SIT, UAT, bug reports, and performance feedback to the development team
