B2B Partnership & CSR Administration: • Formulated and distributed formal business partnership proposals, strategic appeal letters, and official accountability reports (LPJ) for major corporate collaborators, notably BSI Maslahat, Matahari, and BG Junction. • Designed and executed structured institutional outreach strategies to acquire corporate donors and maintain long-term institutional relationships. 2. Cross-Sector Event Management & Leadership: • Coordinated large-scale collaborative humanitarian initiatives, serving as the core technical liaison for the "Sobat Dili" social event in direct partnership with the Social Services Agency of East Java (Dinsos Jatim), BAZNAS, and IKA Dokter Spesialis TTL Universitas Airlangga. • Managed operational workflows and stakeholder engagement for premier organizational events, including the Belanja Bahagia Anak Yatim program, THR Guru Ngaji, and the 39th YDSF Anniversary. 3. Data Analytics & Customer Relationship Management : • Processed, cleansed, and analyzed high-volume Ramadan donor databases using advanced spreadsheet formulas (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, logical tests, and conditional filtering) to generate accurate donation projections and daily revenue reports. • Executed systematic donor retention strategies through scheduled CRM WhatsApp broadcasting, digital campaign updates, and personalized philanthropy consultations. 4. ZISWAF Operations & Capacity Building: • Spearheaded the operational execution of Gerakan Masjid Berdaya (Germada) 2026 and Safari Palestina, organizing comprehensive managerial and Sharia financial training sessions for mosque committees (Takmir) across Surabaya. • Provided direct public consultation on Zakat, Infaq, Sadaqah, and Waqf (ZISWAF) calculation and managed frontline logistics for Qurban expedition programs.
