I am a Public Health student at Universitas Hasanuddin with a strong interest in biostatistics, health data, people development, and social impact.
My journey has allowed me to explore both the analytical and human sides of public health. Through academic projects and research, I have developed an interest in using data to understand health problems and support evidence-based decision-making. At the same time, my experience in AIESEC has shaped my passion for developing people, building supportive team environments, and creating systems that help individuals grow.
Currently, I am serving as Vice President of Talent Management at AIESEC in UNHAS, where I work around talent development, member experience, recruitment, performance management, and organizational culture. This experience has taught me that meaningful impact does not only come from great ideas, but also from people who are trusted, developed, and given the space to contribute.
Beyond organizational work, I am interested in public health research, health innovation, and projects that bridge data, communities, and real-world solutions.
I am continuously learning, challenging myself to step beyond what is familiar, and looking for opportunities to contribute through knowledge, collaboration, and meaningful impact.
Always learning. Always growing. Always looking for ways to create impact.
