Profil Lengkap
Bachelor of Psychology at Universitas Airlangga, experienced in Human Resources and project management. Currently working as Project Assistant at PT Astra Agro Lestari, assisting in digital and operational transformation projects across plantation and mill operations. Experience in working with cross-functional teams, stakeholders and users around training, change management and system and process implementation. I have developed the ability to quickly adapt to new environments, work in diverse teams, and take new solutions to practical outcomes through projects such as AI-based grading, geospatial tracking, and digital reporting. I am particularly interested in pursuing a long-term career in Human Capital, leveraging my background in Psychology with my experience in business operations and organizational transformation.
I was involved in daily HR and administrative activities, managing more than 125 employee requests and documents weekly while maintaining full compliance with company procedures. I also developed an Exit Employee Database using AppSheet that consolidated employee history records across five plantation sites, reducing manual verification time by 40% and supporting more efficient candidate screening. Beyond HR administration, I supported employee engagement by leading branding, photography, and media activities for events involving more than 200 internal and external stakeholders. This experience gave me practical exposure to employee data management, HR processes, recruitment support, and employee engagement within a large operational organization.
Manage coordinating cross-functional projects, stakeholder engagement, user training, system implementation, reporting, and change management, including the implementation of AI-based FFB grading, geospatial tracking, and digital reporting systems.
