As intern, i responsible for: 1. Assisted the manpower balancing initiative across 7 outsourcing teams, monitoring project progress and supporting the development of 150+ Standard Work documents based on loading-time data and work activities. 2. Developed a Yamazumi-based manpower balancing analysis for the Gardening team, analyzing 92 jobs and confirming that the existing manpower allocation aligned with the calculated workload requirement, which support for improving operational efficiency by 20%. 3. Developed a Manpower Calculator for new facilities using standardized loading-time data to systematically estimate workload and determine whether additional manpower is required.

Quality Reliability Engineer Laboratory

1. Managed laboratory operations and facility utilization for 300+ students, including equipment scheduling, visit coordination, and support for ongoing research activities. 2. Facilitated statistical analysis and experimental evaluation using JASP and Reliability Chamber Testing (RCT), supporting data accuracy for student research projects. 3. Evaluated practical assessment performance and compiled structured reports for laboratory quality management.

PT Pertamina (Persero)

As intern, I responsible to: 1. Proposed a project program for the Bright Gas Bento Competition initiative by developing the project scope statement, cost estimation, implementation schedule, and supporting project planning documents. 2. Developed improved chatbot interaction flows for Bright Gas Express to enhance user experience and support future sales conversion growth.
