Saya adalah seorang lulusan Teknik Industri yang mendedikasikan keahlian analitis, manajemen data, dan systems-thinking untuk mendorong perubahan sosial yang inklusif. Sebagai pemimpin muda, saya berfokus pada isu kesetaraan gender, kesehatan reproduksi (SRHR), keadilan iklim, dan inklusi disabilitas. Pengalaman saya memimpin organisasi dengan ratusan cabang, memfasilitasi program nasional bersama UNICEF, hingga menjadi presenter di Asia Pacific Forum on Sustainable Development (APFSD) di Bangkok membuktikan komitmen saya dalam mengintegrasikan pendekatan berbasis data dengan gerakan akar rumput yang sensitif gender dan inklusif.

Selected as the Best Internship Participant in September 2024. Processed 100+ employee document archives by scanning for the company database in 2 weeks. Developed theoretical studies related to the application of the HR cycle and employee competency development. Assisted in HR administrative tasks. Created a work culture video in 3 days, completed internship reports, and wrote a research paper.
Managed distribution data for over 1,000 logistics items and conducted periodic data validation. Coordinated with vendors for operational equipment and supported structured logistics for regional events. Assisted in warehouse administration and maintained comprehensive operational documentation.
Served as Industrial Engineer PIC for Plant A, managing manpower allocation to hit daily output targets. Conducted Time and Motion Studies to analyze cycle times and eliminate operational waste. Designed optimized production layouts and process flows using Microsoft Visio to improve efficiency. Implemented Kaizen and 4M methodologies via Line Balancing and OPC to minimize bottlenecks.
