I'am a fresh graduate majoring in Psychology with a GPA of 3.79 who has a strong academic background and practical experience in applying psychological theories. Have good analytical and interpersonal skills, and are comitted to applying psychological knowlede in a professional environment. Experienced in research and evaluation projects, and has good communication skills to interact with various parties. Effective communication skills and the ability to work under pressure make me ready to face challenges and contribute to the developmentof the organizattion. As a member of the HRGA staff, I performed various human resources activities, including HR Legal, Recruitment, and Development. I restructured the job analysis design from the initial stage, namely determining the job description with colleagues in the relevant division until the position was analyzed until it was mature. I conduct person-job fit from staff to manager level, from determining the testing scheme to interpreting the test and interview results. I do 50-100 CV screenings every day and I do 15-25 interviews every day. I analyze the recruitment pipeline to find the right candidates and prevent early turnover. This also falls under organizational development. Employee turnover reduced by 10% in 2 months. Provided intensive coaching and mentoring for newly hired employees, serving as a trusted point of contact for both professional and personal adjustment concerns during the onboarding period. Facilitated emotional support, and developmental guidance to help employees overcome adaptation challenges, strengthen resilience, and improve workplace engagement and retention.
Sebagai staf HR/Personalia, saya menjalankan berbagai kegiatan sumber daya manusia, seperti merekapitulasi data kehadiran, cuti, dan izin karyawan. Saya juga menyusun deskripsi pekerjaan untuk setiap posisi dan divisi. Saya melakukan seleksi terhadap 250 CV serta mengelola pengarsipan dokumen kantor. Selain itu, saya mengumpulkan data keluarga karyawan dan menyelaraskan program jaminan kesehatan BPJS dengan tunjangan perusahaan. Saya juga mengurus berbagai surat izin, termasuk izin keluar kantor, izin tidak masuk kerja, izin sakit, serta surat izin terkait kegiatan karyawan baik di dalam maupun di luar kantor.
