ID/X Partners

As a Data Scientist Virtual Intern with ID/X Partners and Rakamin Academy, I built a leakage-safe credit risk classification pipeline that processed over 466,000 digital lending records to detect early high-risk borrowers. By engineering key risk features and tuning an XGBoost model, I achieved a 0.720 ROC-AUC and concentrated bad loans 2.28 times above average in the top decile, enabling faster low-risk approvals and targeted risk reviews.

Katadata Insight Center

During my time as a Data Analyst Intern at Katadata Insight Center, I built interactive Python, Plotly, and Flask applications that automated real-time weather monitoring and visualized key macroeconomic indicators driving USD/IDR exchange rates. I also engineered an auto-updating currency forecasting pipeline using LSTM models, reaching a 3.34% MAPE to significantly outperform traditional ML benchmarks.
